Volunteer

 

Our Centre offers a wide range of exciting opportunities for volunteers. If you are as passionate about working with the South Asian Community of Windsor, we invite you to apply. The minimum age to volunteer is 18 years.

The benefits of volunteering will allow you to:

  • Become agents of change and advocates.
  • Acquire new skills and experiences.
  • Engage and expand social networks.
  • Feel satisfaction in helping those in need.
  • Gain a sense of belonging and giving back to the community.

We have a wide range of opportunities in research, program facilitation, blogging, translation/interpretation, community outreach, social media/marketing, fundraising and mentorship opportunities.

We also have BINGO Volunteer opportunities to support the organization.

Student Placements


We accept a limited number of placement students every year. Our student placements are a great opportunity for students to gain first-hand experience in a community setting and turn theory into practice.

Please note that all of our student placement positions are unpaid.

1. Information on the placement (School name and program, days of the placement, number of hours)
2. Resume of the student
